The Councillor for Social Services, Chari Martinez, reported that the City of Bullas today made public the basis for the regularization of the award procedure, under a protected tenancy, Public Housing Promotion.

So renting a Public Housing Promotion will last three years, renewable, provided that the tenants meet the requirements of these bases as family incomes are between 0.8 and 1.2 times the minimum wage .
