Students in first and second grade of Antonio Machado College Cup this morning visited the facilities of Ecopark Bullas.
There, led by the Head of Services City, José Gea, they have learned what the goal of this installation of waste collection, in which citizens are free to deposit those materials that have no place in traditional containers.
Electronic waste, small and large appliances, batteries, vegetable oils, motor oils, clothing and footwear, paper and cardboard, fluorescent tubes, x-rays, etc.
They have their place in the Ecopark and are carried by own citizens.
In short, today the 17 students between 6 and 7 years, attentive to the explanations have known that this place is properly stored waste that well for its volume or hazardous nature, hinder the municipal waste management in case of depositing them in containers for collection of municipal solid waste.
It counts with: special waste booth area, bulk containers and covered area.
In Bullas, fixed Ecoparque is in the street Antonio Peñalver, opposite Municipal Services, and is open Monday to Friday, 10 to 12 hours and from 17 to 18.30 and Saturdays except holidays, from 10 to 13 hours.
In addition, mobile Ecoparque is moving each day to each of the districts of Bullas, also including the hamlet of La Copa.
