Bullas City Council has approved the Plan of Works and Services 2009, approved unanimously held in the extraordinary plenary session held on Thursday 16 October.
Recovery of green areas and public spaces
The entire project, whose budget amounts to 274,129 Euros.
It was presented by the Town Planning and Environment, José María Ortega and Councilman Parks and Gardens, John Espin.
Both insisted that the project focuses on the recovery of damaged green areas of the municipality, as the gardens of the Prado, the school garden and garden of pine trees.
All these areas will be repaired and will proceed to improving safety, changing and putting some playground nearby, reducing elements traffic speed.
The star work of this project is the reform of the garden from the street holds a space for encounter and the installation of terraces that will be created in a central location in direct relation to the adjacent municipal garden and underground parking Bullas now under construction.
Citizen Participation.
One year, the Town Planning Councillor highlighted that 80% of the projects developed by the municipal engineers, has come directly from the submissions that have come to the council.
He also announced that the final design and materials and street furniture used in the Wine Garden Street, will be an experience of direct citizen participation to take place next spring.
