The Municipality of Bullas, in collaboration with the Regional Employment and Training of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, has started the implementation of vocational guidance for Employment and Self Employment Assistance, aimed at the professional guidance of the unemployed locality.
These actions will be individual and group, taught by professional counselors, and its purpose, as in previous years, will report on the labor market, define career goals, identify employment resources as well as providing job search techniques.
The aim of this type of action is to identify the skills, attitudes, knowledge and experience of the applicant in relation to employment, and to design a career path can improve its position in the labor market.
Similarly, it is also intended to detect and stimulate self-employment initiatives for the unemployed, which will hire a technician to perform these actions and to support and guide the initiative of people who are unemployed in our area and wish to set up a business project.
All unemployed persons who are enrolled in the SEF, and are interested in improving their employment opportunities will receive this service until March 31 at the premises of the Centre for Local Development situated in the Culture House in Bullas.
